At Dossprints, we are committed to providing a fast, transparent, and reliable shipping experience. This policy outlines where we ship, how much it costs, when you can expect your order, and what to do if something goes wrong.

🌍 Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all regions within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $4.99

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day

Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking to update.

While we partner with reliable shipping carriers and fulfillment providers, Dossprints remains fully responsible for the successful and timely delivery of your order.

📬 Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Dossprints is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship your order.

  • If you need to update your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

  • Once your order has shipped, any redirection request made directly with the carrier is at your own risk. Dossprints is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to unauthorized delivery changes.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your order securely. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

❌ Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund, as long as it has not yet shipped.

  • Orders are held in a short queue before processing begins.

  • We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
