At Dossprints, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, our return and refund process is simple, fair, and transparent. This policy applies exclusively to customers in the United States and outlines everything you need to know about returns, shipping responsibilities, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Return Window and Eligibility

We offer a 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns are accepted in two cases:

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, you are eligible for a free return and a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

  • If you’re returning an item for personal reasons (such as a change of mind or wrong size), the return is considered a general return, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards
    unless they are defective or we made an error.

2. Return Shipping and Instructions

For returns due to our error, Dossprints will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and your original shipping fee will be refunded. No restocking fees apply.

For general returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit. Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the funds.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for general returns. If the return is due to our error, the full product and shipping cost will be refunded.

4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or in the wrong size. To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and send your replacement after receiving the returned item.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be in production or transit and cancellation is not guaranteed. If your order has shipped, you may still return it under our standard return policy after delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If a package is undeliverable due to address error, additional charges may apply, and reshipment or refund is not guaranteed.
