What We Do Cover 

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Misprinted or defective

  • Not what you ordered

…we will replace it or refund it, no problem. Just email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.

To speed up the process:

  • Include your order number

  • Take 1–2 clear photos of the issue (on a flat surface, in good lighting)

  • Show tags or packaging if possible

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll issue a replacement or refund—whichever you prefer.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can be canceled or edited within 24 hours of being placed.
Why? Because production starts quickly, and once it’s in motion, we can’t stop or adjust it.

To request a cancellation or change:

  • Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours

  • Include your order number and any details you want changed

After the 24-hour window, we’re unable to cancel, modify, or refund the order unless it falls under our “Make it Right” policy above.

Fulfillment & Shipping Timelines

  • Production Time: Orders are typically made and ready to ship within 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $4.99 per order

If your order hasn’t received a tracking number within 10 business days, we’ll refund your shipping cost—no questions asked.

Missing or Incomplete Orders

If you ordered more than one item, your order may ship in separate packages (especially for different styles or sizes). This is normal.

If a second package hasn’t arrived within a few days of the first, reach out and we’ll investigate. If the package is confirmed lost or never shipped, we’ll replace or refund the missing item.

Refund Process & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your request is approved, usually takes 5 business days. We’ll always confirm when a refund is processed on our end.

Gifts or Third-Party Orders

If you received a Dossprints item as a gift and need help, please provide:

  • The order number (if available)

  • The name/email of the person who placed the order
    We’ll do our best to assist within policy guidelines.
