We’re a small team with a big mission: to get your order to you quickly, clearly, and without surprises. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and handle your orders.

1. Shipping Availability

Right now, we only ship to the United States. That includes:

  • All 50 states

  • Alaska and Hawaii

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO (military addresses)

We don’t offer international shipping yet, but we hope to in the future.

2. Shipping Cost

We charge a simple, flat $4.99 shipping fee per order—no matter how many items you buy.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, your order usually arrives in 5–7 business days, depending on where you are.

If you place your order before 2:00 PM EST, it will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that will be processed the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. That link lets you follow your package every step of the way.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, or you believe it’s lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue—either with a replacement or a refund.

For damaged items, a quick photo of the issue (on a flat surface, in good lighting) helps speed things up.

7. Order Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is sent to production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
